Wedding #4 – September 17th 2022

Before moving to Stevenson Estate we had a wonderful spot in Pefferlaw in the beautiful neighborhood of Duclos Point a few steps away from Lake Simcoe. Around the end of 2020 we decided to list our house for sale in pursuit of a farm property where we could build out our dreams of Stevenson Estate. You might be wondering how this relates to Courtney and Trevor’s wedding day?

Andy knew Trevor through his other business, sleek apparel, where he creates custom apparel for Trevor’s Hydrovac company, K-VAC. Trevor had mentioned they might be looking to move. They came for a tour of our house and the rest is history! They purchased our house and made it their beautiful home.

Fast forward a few months. We began to advertise Stevenson Estate and we received a message from Courtney. We’ll never forget when Courtney expressed how she knew that we met for a reason. After having to reschedule and replan their wedding a few times due to the pandemic, they were extremely ready to be married and to have the wedding of their dreams. The date, September 17th, holds important meaning to them and we had their dream date available. Everything seemed to be falling into place as if it was meant to be. They trusted us to complete the projects and to build out our vision that we explained during their tour. The Middleton’s are the very first wedding that we ever officially booked – our dreams and their dreams were coming true simultaneously.

Today we are wishing Courntey & Trevor a wonderful one year anniversary! We hope that your first year as husband and wife has been wonderful! Your little family is so beautiful and we are honoured that you chose Stevenson Estate to make it all official. We truly cherish all the ways in which we are connected – through your home, through our businesses & through your wedding day! Wishing you all the best for many more years to come!
